Ingredients
  

  • 454 gm Baby portobello mushroom (washed and dried)
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the baby bella mushrooms
  2. Cut each mushroom in half, or into quarters for very large ones
  3. Place cut mushrooms in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes, checking to shake at least twice. I cooked mine for 10 minutes, shaked and stirred, then cooked an additional 5 minutes until crisped on the edges.
  6. Serve immediately
