Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or low fat greek yogurt)
  • 1 scoop Protein powder, sprouted, Iron Vegan
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp Maple extract
  • 2 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
  • 1/4  cup Water (or about 10 ice cubes)

Method
 

  1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. If it appears too runny, add more ice.
  2. If it's too thick, add more water. Add more sweetener or extract at the end if the flavor isn't strong enough for your taste.
