Ingredients
  

  • 114 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (pre-cooked/leftovers, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 slice Tomato (halved)
  • 1 large tortilla(s) Wheat flour tortilla (white)
  • 1 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp Quinoa, cooked

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the caesar dressing over the surface. 
  2. Add the chicken, spinach, quinoa, and tomato down the center of the wrap.
  3. Fold in the top and bottom of the wrap, and roll it up.
  4. Wrap the wrap in tin foil and slice it in half. Alternatively, the wrap can be cut in half and placed in the storage container.
