Method
- Mix together coconut aminos, garlic, and ginger in a jar. Put on the lid and shake until well combined. Set aside.
- Add oil to a large frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add beef, onion, and Brussels sprouts. Cook for 3-5 minutes until beef is cooked rare.
- Add in celery, and water chestnuts. Cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in the sauce and stir to mix. Once everything is combined, turn off the heat.
- Plate stir fry and garnish with sesame seeds and hot sauce if desired.
