Ingredients
  

  • 908 gm Beef, flank, lean
  • 1 Pouch McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak 30 Minute Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Water, filtered
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar, white

Method
 

  1. Whisk the oil, water, vinegar, and marinade mix together in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a ziplock bag and add the steak. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Spray a frying pan with olive oil spray.
  4. Heat the pan on medium high heat.
  5. Add the steak and sear it on both sides for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and drain the excess fat.

  • Rare: 120-125°F (49-52°C)
  • Medium-rare: 130-135°F (54-57°C)
  • Medium: 140-145°F (60-63°C)
  • Medium-well: 150-155°F (65-68°C)
  • Well-done: 160°F (71°C) and above
