Method
- Whisk the oil, water, vinegar, and marinade mix together in a bowl.
- Pour into a ziplock bag and add the steak. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Spray a frying pan with olive oil spray.
- Heat the pan on medium high heat.
- Add the steak and sear it on both sides for about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain the excess fat.
