Ingredients
  

  • 454 gm Shrimp, cooked, frozen (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup Spinach (leaves chopped)
  • 1 spray (about 1/3 second) Olive oil cooking spray
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil Extra virgin
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp, leaves Basil, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Set a medium sized pan to medium low on the stove and spray with olive oil spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shrimp, spinach, olive oil,  garlic, and basil together, tossing well to coat the shrimp.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until opaque.
  4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
