Ingredients
  

  • 114 gm Beef, flank, lean
  • 2 tbsp Chimichurri, Mama Bay's
  • 1 spray (about 1/3 second) Olive oil cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat a pan to medium-high heat and spray with olive oil
  2. Add flank steak to the pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or until steak has reached an internal temperature of 140-145 degrees F (for medium rare)
  3. Add Chimichurri sauce
