Ingredients
  

  • 114 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1 spray (about 1/3 second) Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 14 gm Sliced almonds
  • 14 gm Feta cheese, low fat
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 4 cup Baby spinach

Method
 

  1. Set a medium sized pan to medium on the stove
  2. Spray the pan with the olive oil spray
  3. Cook the chicken breast to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit 
  4. In a bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, and raspberries.
  5. Top with sliced almonds and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  7. Toss gently to combine.
