Nutrition coaching is included free of charge in the first 90 days of all personal training and virtual training programs. To start, we’ll have you complete our nutrition questionnaire to evaluate your current nutritional habits. From there we’ll use this evaluation to create a roadmap that identifies positive habits and areas of potential growth. Finally we will create a suggested meal plan based on your preferred eating style that aligns with your fitness goals and meet weekly to check in on your progress and use powerful habit transformation tools to create lasting change.
