My Training Philosophy
My philosophy on training is working on small daily habits that create long-term success.
What Sets Me Apart From Other Trainers?
The biggest thing that separates me from other trainers is the ability to help clients visualize their success and achieve it. Through daily affirmations, goals and feedback, we work together on changing the mental, physical and emotional narrative associated with clients’ fitness journey.
My Personal Fitness Journey
My fitness journey began when I was very young. I played Badminton competitively. After college, I traded my Badminton racket for boxing gloves and began Boxing at Gleason’s gym in Brooklyn, New York. I fell in love with the physical and mental complexity of combat sports. I began training Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai soon after. I still continue to train combat sports 4-5 days per week.
Why is Community Important to Me?
Community is incredibly important to me because it makes or breaks people’s overall fitness experience. Having a strong team and a safe environment helps with the overall success of a person’s goal. Fitness is a way to work on becoming the best version of yourself and what better way to do that than with a supportive team.
What Do I Do Outside of Fitness?
Outside of health and fitness, I like to go jogging with my dogs. I also design clothes, paint, and sew as a hobby (I’m pretty good at it).
