We are looking for an experienced professional to join our staff of highly skilled personal trainers
and nutrition coaches to provide an unparalleled experience and life changing results to our
clients!

The duties of the job are generally the following, but we like to leave room for people to grow
into additional roles in the company if it feels right for both parties:

Responsibilities

● Follow up with potential leads and schedule them for a free consultation
● Conduct consultations to understand clients’ goals, current biomechanics, and the
barriers they need to overcome in order to achieve their goals
● Send on-boarding emails to new clients, check weekly homework and progress of
current clients
● Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients’ needs and goals
● Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
● Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
● Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
● Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
● Conduct monthly check-ins to review progress with clients
● Get client reviews to help the business continue to prosper
● Genuinely care about the people you are coaching and the company that you work for!

Qualifications

● Minimum of 1 year of experience as a personal trainer
● Experience in program design for weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, functional training,
and athletic performance
● Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
● Certification in personal training, strength and conditioning, or a related field
● Current CPR/AED Certification
● Preferred college degree in Exercise Science or a related field
