Personal Trainer in Austin
Adam has been helping clients build a solid foundation and reach their next level of fitness, drawing on a lifetime of training for sport. His first love was soccer, but it was track and field that brought him to the US, where he went on to a great collegiate career and a brief stint in professional track. With that background in collegiate and professional athletics, he developed a unique perspective on various training modalities and a training style built on doing the simple things really well. He loves helping clients achieve things they didn’t think were possible when they first walked into the gym.
I believe in doing the simple things really well. I’m here to help you build a solid foundation and stay consistent with a plan that suits your goals. I want all my clients to look forward to coming into the gym and to love the process.
My background in collegiate and professional athletics has given me a unique perspective on various training modalities, which has helped me hone my training style. I love helping clients achieve things they didn’t think were possible when they first walked into the gym.
Coming to the US alone at 18 for university, I realized the importance of having a good community of people around you. I really enjoy being part of this group at CSA, and I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible people.
Outside of the gym, I’m usually watching football (soccer), browsing Facebook Marketplace for some nonsense, or trying to learn Spanish.
My fitness journey has always centered on training for a sport. My first love was soccer, but it was track and field that gave me the opportunity to come to the US. After a great collegiate career and a brief stint in professional track, I found myself having to structure my own workouts and motivate myself. This showed me how important accountability and structure are, regardless of your background.
