Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add any other desired seasonings or herbs at this point.
- If using, place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets for added flavor.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
