Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
- 1 1/2 clove(s) Garlic (Minced)
- 2 1/2 tsp minced Ginger root
- 2 1/2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 341 gm Beef, rib eye steak, lean (Sliced into strips)
- 1/3 medium Yellow onion (Diced)
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts (Quartered)
- 2 1/2 large stalk(s) Celery (Chopped)
- 1/3 cup slices Water chestnuts, canned
Method
- Mix together coconut aminos, garlic, and ginger in a jar. Put on the lid and shake until well combined. Set aside.
- Add oil to a large frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add beef, onion, and Brussels sprouts. Cook for 3-5 minutes until beef is cooked rare.
- Add in celery, and water chestnuts. Cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in the sauce and stir to mix. Once everything is combined, turn off the heat.
- Plate stir fry and garnish with sesame seeds and hot sauce if desired.
