  • 454 gm Chicken breast, skinless
  • 1 cup Salsa, ready-to-serve
  • 1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 dash Kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1 dash Black pepper (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and top with salsa, black beans, and seasonings.
  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken before serving.
