John Cioffredi
Founder of Community Strength Austin – Personal Training
A former Division 1 athlete with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science, John is a compassionate professional who excels in helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Andrea Schuler
Personal Trainer & Director of Nutrition
Andrea developed a passion for research, particularly in nutrition while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at St. Edward’s University. Andrea successfully lost 145 lbs after establishing a solid nutritional foundation.
Coach Andrea's Personal fitness Journey
How I lost 145lbs through diet and exercise :
I was always overweight as a kid. Then when I turned 23 the scale hit 300, and that was it. I knew I needed to make a change.
The first thing I changed was my diet. I really focused on not only what I was eating, but how much I was eating. I lost the first 80lbs by changing my diet alone.
Then I focused on exercise and began to include running into my daily routine. Eventually I added strength training to increase my lean muscle, which I knew would help keep the weight off by burning more calories, and help me feel stronger and more confident in my body.
I hired John as my personal trainer to help me see the results I wanted. He immediately recognized my passion for health and fitness and encouraged me to get my Personal Trainer Certification. I did, and since then got my Weight Loss Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Virtual Trainer Certifications!

Our Philosophy
Here at Community Strength Austin we believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. That’s why we include Nutrition Coaching and Recovery programs for everyone who signs up for our 90 Day Transformation Challenge.
During the Challenge you will learn how to push yourself physically, you will get detailed suggestions about your macros and meal plans, and you will learn how to take care of your body through our comprehensive recovery program so that you can enjoy your results for decades to come!
Lastly, many people come to Community Strength Austin for the proven results, but most stay for the Community. Here at Community Strength Austin, Community is a verb, not a noun, and you can see it in action every other Wednesday night for our Happy Hour workouts, where people who were in your shoes not too long ago come together to share a workout and create some memories.
